we're making that video of the cattail I saw a partridge and decided to try and film it but my dog was with me and I I didn't have any success whatsoever I was flying all over the place but the stupid thing it's my fault ran into a tree and broke its neck so I just wanted to show you what a part of it is if you guys don't know what it is there you go this is one of the birds we have here in North America ok this is a very very this is actually my best bird to hunt this tastes exactly like Turkey ok has no wild taste whatsoever in it I've got beautiful feathers

okay poor thing it's trying to film it but now I can't waste it so I'm going to show you a way very easy way to dress this kind of a bird okay you gotta do it while it's hot step on both of the wings as close as the body as possible and slowly grab the legs do it while it's hot so that you pull on the legs hey now if I was in a survival situation I keep these okay but I'm not in a survival situation I don't think the animals take care of that now why did I do it this way there's what's left they're just breasts you see the meat is nice and white just like a turkey okay and I don't have a knife with me so I'll just well anyways so there you go that's how you dress a partridge now this guys I'm telling you I cook this for you and you wouldn't have no no difference between this and a turkey now it's sorry I'm sorry it had to die this way but anyways okay I guess these city's seen enough of this my wife is laughing at me anyways this is gonna cook us a good meal so that's how you dress at a partridge that's not how you hide it though so uh I thank you guys for watching and I hope you still appreciate this video even though I murdered this poor little guy although was my dog's fault too Sally was in it and it's trying to keep her away in filming but anyways thanks again for watching we're gonna have a good meal tonight because of a stupid Partridge thank you bye
