right so while we're doing this we thought why not show you guys what we do now this is the next day and it's dry it a little bit so right now we're just what's cool about Shenzhen reality you can you know don't need to chop it you just pull it just like fleshy looks like a nice piece of cheese that's how cool that is so just break them up so it's easier to get the water out and easier to pack and cook at the same time you're gonna notice some that are not as good like this one is jelly light so garbage they take them all apart then we'll show you that next step okay so if you think that I'm looking for just a few tips well that I'm looking for of course they can help anyone started of course the texture has to be nice sometimes it'll start getting a little flimsy on you but can still be good okay what I'm looking at some nice white stringy flesh like this to me that's it you know that's a real keeper okay a few things you want to look for that you want now this is not gonna kill you could you make a mistake it's just that it's not as good sometimes you'll get a white one but you'll find a lovely big fat worm and then if you look a little bit deeper you see this it's not really good so I take those and I throw something else that you're gonna find sometimes you know from the top you can't really see but when you open it it's not as white and stringy it's becoming translucent so that's gonna you know lose some of its power so or taste I mean just try and give you a example here you see the difference now you see the stringy and white this is more like translucent these I don't keep it's all just a few tips okay so this one here of course this didn't need to show you how to you know take water out of the mushrooms well you make sure the water is completely drained out you cook it in one time cuz that's what's gonna kill your your a mushroom if you don't take all the water and freeze it it comes back out it's gonna be jelly so here's all one batch or part of a bathroom really all the water is out then in another pan all you to do well what we do anyway is just fry it in a little bit of butter and put some salt and pepper and a little a little tip as you drain the water out you can put you know some sea salt it's gonna help extract the water out of the mushrooms so right now she's just squishing everything now making sure everything is all nice and nice like eating some so after that what do you ever satisfied with your cooking those that you know the Martians will already be seasoned you got to put them on some kind of a sheet and spread them you know just wait until they cool off and we'll put them in a ziplock bag I'll show you that next so that's what it looks like after it's been drained out and cooked by Miss Josie just let it up on a cookie sheet or whatever you want it cool off once you're satisfied with it and once it's done we'll put them in bags now for those of you who love mushrooms doesn't this look tasty I know it smells good oh boy

okay so I have to tell you guys this one major big problem you're gonna face when you're doing this kind of stuff and I want to pay attention to this important what it is because you're gonna have to be very careful not to eat the whole thing

good style way okay so this is the end product we have them in little ziplock bags then I took the air out if you can see it you can either use a machine or a vacuum cleaner or your lungs we have 15 bags right now I'm gonna from our first batch so if we're careful we'll be able to go maybe three four months already with that we'll be going back in the woods and try and get some more so there you go
