Oh

what you're thinking that plays a huge part in survival whether or not you can manage that or not there you go pretty impressive

hey what's going on this is mitchell alone a lot of questions here and i'll just try to bond through and get them done what's the most important piece of advice you could pass on to potential cast members of season 2 i'm going to skip that for now let's bring intense talk about the importance of preparation prior hated wilderness you wish she spent more time preparing anything particularly you got focused more on no i don't feel like i wish i had more prepared i actually had like six three field guys that i read on the train on my way to the boot camp most definitely on top of that for sure any particular I focus more on not really nope let's see will be the single most important survival skill to master prior to embarking on this challenge there is no single most viable school that's a myth you can be the best person on fire in the world slice yourself open you're not good at first aid you die it does not matter right so you need to go to everything even copy your game talk about all this was a personal journey for me what was my mindset prior to starting how did that change if it all after hmm how was it a personal journey for me being allowed to live in the woods long term like permanently basically a small amount of kit no that was pretty cool pretty cool little personal journey normally have to get back for something right well as my mindset I had a job to do how's my mindset

take care of myself no way to get out I if I was a process of self documenting any advice or anything that I learned that I can pass along I've done a lot of that need to know how to set up scenes properly yeah you know I'm sure the producers are going to fill you in all this I learned more from them as well on how do you thumb properly but it's all about inserts tell both establishing shots like five different angles yeah think of it like this way funk eating food I'm going to want a wide angle let me sit in there a next to the fire doing my thing cooking now I'm going to want another angle right over it showing me stirring just the spoon so you actually see what I'm doing go back to their now you see me hanging out right so I'm running a couple cameras at once same thing was eating changed always change angles change angles so now this is just my they'll tell you better information this is what I do and then change the angle the wide angle but when I'm eating try to make something cool make a look artsy right if i put the lines by the angles of light and all that and then have another way you can see the camera inserts or like the spoon like picking up the food and then they can jump to the wide-angle view like eating with leaning up against your shelter or whatever being like oh this is the best food ever you know so talk it through you know make the scene they going to tell you tons of stuff or anybody all right how do you feel about the overall experience how do I feel about it let's see in a nutshell I got allowed to live out of a rucksack on ancient old wat sino land

how do I feel about that outstanding I'm standing I was the boss it's pretty awesome yeah I felt like getting up i got up if i didn't i did it cost you tired i slept me if i was all jacked up ready to go i ran out the door got stuff done right so it's pretty cool stuff all right did you feel that the production I don't the same producers this time but my producers grant manual etc dan was Air Force it's quite a few genomes there's one was trustworthy had your safety and best interests in mind yeah I do got pretty pretty friendly for sure nice people don't do that up here I don't say I'm a lot I'm gonna film as you don't yeah they're going to take care of you for sure a lot of issues with the technical aspect and they kept on trying to fix it like I saw him very often but when I saw them you know they would swap out equipment that wasn't working well I was so far in the woods also alone so remote that some of my some of my equipment was spotty on the SAT phone and stuff like that they were concerned so that was cool unlike other spouse shows you were truly alone indeed I was can you explain what that's like the song is never experienced that nope no I can you're gonna your goal some of you are going to make it you're going to find out you're going to find out it's going to change things a bit what was the hardest thing about being alone not knowing lack of knowledge I'm surrounded by knowing everything all the time everything you just surrounded by knowledge I know where my traps are I know when there's weather coming in I know everything all the time I know where the moon is but you don't know what's going on with the outside world that's kind of kind of a unique thing start wondering what's going on I'm Brad first I was wondering what time it was some reason I just wanted to know if what ours is so not even portent all right what else yeah my cameras have a lab so I apologize my voice isn't perfect let's see what one item did you wish you brought that you did it but what one item did you bring that you had no useful mmm that's a good one what's a good what I have no use for everything out of use I used my boat so that how to use my bow is my only lethal my only lethal strike i had so the bear came into can all right 20 pounds extra butcher tell us with my firearm I think was key let's see hmm

what did I bring that I wish I did nothing I like to all my kid that all had a perfect purpose can't think of anything that didn't get worked I only had really nine things because my baby counter dozen item I had a nine piece kit that's pretty crazy all right any regrets

don't give any spoilers away any regrets yeah yeah I got some regrets a couple here here and there but I didn't do things as a choices I made that were good choices so the one we regret I have was not getting to the other side of the sound I wanted to really bad it was really sunny over there my side of just no just frost every morning so that's a regret I wish I would have used my boat a bit more like any other side but and we will talk in treachery here right just treacherous water I would have been sculling excited coracle coracles not a canoe you're going to spin all day if you try to paddle a canoe its scope right so if I'm sculling and I happen to be on this tipsy you know clerical make a mistake I go in the water I'm done takes three hours to make fire there so see you later I'm like pushing the button while swimming to shore all done wrap it up so I regret not getting the other side but that is what it is I didn't mean that decision on purpose because I knew that if I'm a mistake it was a mistake I would never come back from yeah I definitely scouted a lot miles many directions I went up over the ridge behind me I was for sure I went a long way so I made up for in other directions right back to the top what's the most important piece of advice I could pass on to potential cast members for season two most important piece of advice hmm unlike those most important you know what's the one thing you know the world is filled with lots of things what's the one thing and so one thing I could pass on to you hmm no get on the show some one thing you pass on to you there's a group of you guys they're probably only half you're going to make it you better be good at your job better know what you're doing better have all your t's crossed the i's dotted you better be legit because this is legit Mitch little own sign out
