Ezra chance to bobble here at the United survival autumn rendezvous I buddy Malcolm hooked us up with another rabbit this time we're gonna grill it stay tuned one two yeah all right see we got hmm nice work oh yeah
looking nice
so now we're going to do is just take the image from our fire we're going to drag them underneath cook with just radiant heat I want to keep feeding out fire on this side creating more ambas cut a meat throw that sucker on there alright so the rabbit on their back legs right there that looks good front legs back straps thick side fold so may I did this one mistake a little bit
I mean good tonight all right oops members under there get cooking yeah that's hot perfect all rights y'all we're doing well yeah flip that can put back the front seal the backstraps doing you know same thing oh yeah All Right see how we're making out oh yeah oh yeah we're looking good right now fine mmm-hmm within stuff cooking first of course closer than everything else as you'd expect these side straps are very very close getting nice golden brown my honking steak over here poking yeah oh yeah Daleks really good niche yeah yeah it's time to come together yeah that's some nice fillets there those legs look really good right there in your steak look at that fat oh oh yeah look at that thing that's like a gourmet steak Wow look at that stuff at right there oh yeah Joe I'm gonna split that fat with you we can see what you look at that whoo man like a fat sandwich little rabbit fat sandwich i will eat my caucus you know just get nice golden brown man I love cooking like this oh yeah side flaps are good to go some spices another mmm made some golden nice and golden some primitive spices yep I get some juniper powder some eastern red cedar spice oh you're gonna like mm-hmm leave them in that was very good a whole sad I'll eat this half good Wow mmm who would have thought primitive spices would be so good nice remembered I have some Atlantic salt that I made from the ocean a while ago in my rucksack the next piece we eat I'm going to solve it up with that out just go to build in salsa be nice yeah it's also going to be nice nice little nate native sea salt mm-hmm Oh shirts off now you when I brought to about some of that maple sugar I made you guys can just taste it Bob I'm dip robbing that and sugar maple sugar on Joe apartment some maple syrup a top of the rabbit you delay that with that maple syrup maple sugar no sir yeah yeah honey I brought some women use some of that maple sugar I may be looking from the me from the maple syrup maybe like dessert rabbit with maple sugar mmm i got that ma'am we'll try that on the next piece sugar and salt in the next one yeah primitive style that's crazy and that's actually the three rarest things in the woods a sugar salt and fat yeah those are three pinnacle resources in the woods all right see always liked it doing oh yeah super golden goodness multi-strap so it's really good Mitch yeah uh-huh it's coming along it's like a delicious with you when you put the the natural sea salt yep in the natural sugar yep do you mean yeah yeah man that's how we're gonna been made it in the woods man totally like sweet and salty like like those uh sweet and sour sweet sour rabbit I'm not so our actually sweet and salty foods over there like to get all the boss ah sweet salty yum yum all the stick is looking epic man yeah and I'm not all the weight if that would Joe yup do you look at the old in this man get in there yeah that's pretty good effective way to cook the rabbit on the primitive primitive current grill yeah it's all green sticks and you know just knock together real quick not a big deal we don't even change them out or anything because they're they're just being warmed by the embers at the bottom not the actual flames it's great about this girl is that when if it does burn you just make a new one but you can keep it and it will last you a while exactly the woods provided you a grill you didn't have to go buy one make one the wood you provided it for you and then you help to carry it less weight in my ruck love it all right these look good he's already to eat now this back strap was perfect look at that golden happiness take that oh look at this back strap you serious what's hot oh man dude look at the golden goodness on that seriously let's check these see how about doing oh yeah nice golden goodness there you need some more time is so thick keep cooking the thick stuff really slow let's check the steak how do you like your meat your steaks at stake is Jess almost done that's really close how do you how do you eat your steak oh just slightly past medium yeah that's all I got I like it pink but not ready right right sweet angel all the juices gets dry yeah all right here we go some of this
atlantic salt i made a little bit answer this one a maple sugar I made all right cut it up she was save a piece for Joe I think we should man yeah repurposed yeah I'm gonna I'm gonna cut right here for him while other grab me too I was a ton of on me welcome a little piece of each nothing right now just look at the white meat in that oh baby yes Jose peace looking at these which one you want man juice which I got a car i'll give you the bigger piece all right here we go good nice little drizzle coming down pretty exciting huh oh my god good wow dude those spices kicked off huh you get like the sweetness of the sugar but then you did it combines with the saltiness of the sea salt hmm reminds me of Azhar it's like maple syrup drizzled ham steak never do that you know oh man I could turn my favorite meals mm-hmm all wooden materials do rabbit homemade salt which made salt which made sugar in a primitive grill and a permanent grill yes mmm get that just like volleyball 99 you go man little salt and sugar front leg thank you rabbit yes i got chinese buffet chicken wing yeah does i'm gonna nut shop on mine oh yeah if that baby open on its crunchy but yet the inside is so steamed or me listen oh yeah it looks like it's like you can taste the texture of it hmm hmm hmm exactly it's like moist meat on the inside but like crispy skin on the outside mmm do the stuff side bones eat the bones mmm I'll do the files in this 5 situation I would take all these bones infused with those delicious flavor and make a stock out of it I put it right in my pot and just slowly simmer it let all those flavors infuse and I will take in the carcass and cut off all the vertebrae in between the vertebrae and put them in there in all of it dude I Merrill about oh man absolutely all right the Big Daddy with a steak I hope it's done man it's not would throw back up no big deal hulking piece of meat 12 dolls steak dude grass-fed beef and all that oh yeah something looks so good yeah dude cuz you know you know what days like that's such a strong salty flavor but it's not like like if you table salt you just talk too much table salt on on on a food it ruins it yeah but like that salt it just has a different like flavor to it it really does has a very distinct yeah it's not that you just can't really over salt it like that sugarman as Joe's beautifully seasoned look at all that glistening goodness on that still steamed it still steaming beautiful hey you go buddy yeah that's tomorrow hi man there's your piece as mine let's do it up I gave a piece of fat on it yeah I did I know cuz you mentioned you wanted it what's so tend to be Wow hmm just bite right into it man oh man hmm to forget about it mmm just truly one of the best steaks or ever had mmm juicy tender delicious spiced rum praise can't get over the saltiness of it and the sugar together so I'm gonna do this at home now what's unbelievable but I'll never I'll never put pepper on my steak anymore it's gonna be salt sugar now mmm hmm I mean it's just so tender it's like literally just bite it off hey I'm slow cooked it for like just like that no yeah we do my god Duke mmm all right let's be missionary survival and Malcolm this is a cooking delicious meat delicious game with hmm a greenstick grow appreciate views calms his book in a nice one take
