alright so first thing we got to work on just taking off these pockets right here these small pockets up top it's not doing it for me so I have a seam ripper let's get them off so starting to pop it as you can see clock is starting to come off that simple

now the area is like corners and things will have reinforcements extra stitching going through so they take a little more time a little more work with the thing of power mount importance to make sure that you're only doing the seams you don't put a hole in the pack itself that mean this tool will go right through this material no problem so you can see again just be careful don't want to hit the fabric you just want to go through the stitching

put a couple rows stitching on this and there it is so now let's see the progress so far so here's the pocket and work it on this side I want to take all three of these off it's like a single panel all those three pockets so so far I make good progress this whole first pocket is off I have some more reinforcements at the corners to do you'll see those reinforcements at every corner so 1 2 3 4 5 reinforcements left at the bottom the rest of it is pretty simple
