hey so much needed survival and today we're collecting some wild water for our home use stay tuned Wow

what'd you find uh blue sweater yeah I found a feather on the ground yeah yeah thick us from a blue jay oh yeah we made it oh alright so me and my little one just hiked about who a mile into the woods and it was to get here to the stream beautiful stream really clear okay so basically you have water multiple places on the earth and one of the places is underneath the bed rock and the aquifer and that's natural springs when it bursts up through the bedrock and you also have ground water and wells and streams lakes things like that and that's all part of the you know the vibration condensation cycle things like that so basically you know this kind of like water above the bedrock below the bedrock and ground water streams rivers lakes things like that pawns rain it's all above the bedrock and wild water like this is far better for you than municipal water tap water tap water is not disinfected just by boiling usually put chlorine and many other things into it conditioners and lots of crazy chemicals so for quite a while now we've been drinking bottled water and we've been drinking distilled water for years and years and years now because we don't want to drink tap water and we don't like spring water that comes in a bottle because I'm usually it's well water not spring water and it can have a whole bunch of the same chemicals in it as well but distilled water surpasses that because he actually distill the water and they catch the steam and all that but the problem with that is distilled water is superior to those other two you know of spring water in a bottle and tap water out of the faucet but the problem with distilled water is

alts minerals are gone that is nothing in it it's just water and that's not good so we want to build a drink water that actually nourishes us on a mineral level to not just from a hydrating level so getting wild water like this from this stream is going to be really good for us because it's going to be boiled at home yep we're going to bring it home and boil it and disinfect it and also we're going to filter it too but it's going to be better than distilled that has alts minerals still in it so this water is incredibly healthy as long as you boil it and disinfect it has all the minerals in fact the minerals are local to my area all right because this stream is next to my house you know it's a mile walk in the woods so all the plants all the animals everything around me are living off this stream see what I mean so I should be living off the stream as well so today we're taking the first step in doing that I brought a rucksack with me with 4 gallons of 44 empty jugs and I'm going to fill it up then we'll bring a lot of home and and process it at home ourselves so I'm going to pull out my gallons Lampa jugs yeah so basically you know we buy our water right now and we go through six gallons a week for the three of us so I'm grabbing full gowns right now you know so this is almost a week's work for us one trip to the to the stream you know that's the first time kind of experiment see how was going to go and so far it's going pretty good and if it continues to go well which i think it's going to then I'll be lugging six at a time I'll come down here two times a week maybe even more you know start working out reserve because we have water stored at home and we got like 18 gallons stored at home so I'll make a few trips down the errand whoa Philip I reserved as well all right do I come in the stream Wow all right are you ready there you go stand in the stream stream feel beautiful so soft when you gather the water you want to pull the top right next to the top of the wall and that way don't get any sander

hold it too close to the bottom the bubbles coming out Oh

alright

hey por lo visto it's just water that's pretty good all right hey we're not gonna dump it now we're going to bring it home

ok so our full gallons are all gathered up wild stream water and we're going to again filter when we go home and we're going to boil it and then we're going to my idea is to put it into big glass mason jars that I have big big ones you know like the ones used for pickles and stuff like that so that way we'll be storing out water and glass as well appreciate your views comments means for see in the next one take care bye all right ladies and gents that's uh full gallons of water in there my buddy starch Barry's backpack he gave me this is his design to check out his channel obviously it's a amazing it's such barrier woodsman's school a real good friend of mine for a long time now set the trail

you
