well i'm going to show you a little something up here something you might not often encounter anywhere what's this white stuff right here right down in there along the creek right here when the settlers first came here the Indians brought him up this Canyon and showed them these deposits and stuff up here and so they named this Creek and this Canyon Salt Creek this stuff right here is natural salt which oozes out of the ground with the moisture flowing through the ground it comes over to expose day as I care some of the moisture evaporates off and leave salt crystals so the nice thing about it is right here you have it's actually pretty hard so right here you have natural salt crystals what you could use if you're somewhere and run into this you could crush this down and use it to preserve meat or something in a survival type situation or to meet your salt needs this stuff here just but give nothing but so but anyway so I just want to show that that's something this area is known for its salt creek salt canyon little little history you gotta love it I
