hey yourself

Turtles it's Creek here with black outdoors and today I'm going to be doing a review on this Maxpedition Rollie pollie that I'm holding this is the MM folding dump pouch I think max fish since down over $27.99 I believe yeah $27.99 two-tone color combination khaki and foliage constructed out a thousand in year and what's really cool about this I want to make sure that I mean I pick it up on the camera for opening up is this is really small dimensions and you can get it a little bit smaller than this rolling wise I just you know it's quick this is a quick roll but if you need it to you can get a little bit smaller but literally how small this is in my hand on this little road up pouch a little better maybe adjustment see a little better in the hand it's really small and what's cool about this is when I open it up this hook and loop keeps it closed unfold opens up into this nice size dump pouch and through a little bit of converting taking some of the measurements Maxpedition is given for this I think this is about roughly 3 liters of volume in here which to sort of equate that that's almost the size of a versa pack I want to say some of the Versa packs so definitely this is a big big enough pouch to do a lot of things and I'll sort of talk about that what it's really meant to do and what I would like this for in a little bit I just want to finish talking about the bag has a little bit as pals webbing here and it is this this is actually a belt loop it's meant to be worn on the belt and there's a sensible running through the top here this bungee is coming out to here from places with some cord locks on the back here - cord locks and also right here I'm gonna say they're calling us a Siamese clip I think I'll call them now I want to say that all but but specifically this is meant to hang on the side of the bag you can open this clip up I'm just do it real quick show you this clip opens and Maxpedition has little pieces of webbing that hang vertically sort of like this these matches come and hanging like this and you can actually hang this on the side of your bag either open or or roll it up if you want to transport it that way but they said this is meant to be worn on on the belt and I'll just get my belt real quick to show you mm-hmm you know this is meant as my expedition says it on their site to to hold em oh basically you know to dump ammo to hold clips forget the specs on how much it actually does hold ammo wise but that's kind of what this is meant for I don't I forgot there's a little bit of a drain drain all right here calm it down the bottle a drain hole and when I'm wearing the pack of them going in and out of it there's another little bit of the hook and loop system here that's inside I can put the flap down and put it inside it if I want if I'm going in and out of it frequently or if I want to keep the clothes I can also do that now difference in your configurations and I can cinch it since it and get a little bit smaller the top or fist the opening keep a little bit smaller but what I think really cool about this is it doesn't weigh a lot I think it's only a third of a pound it's constructed out of thousand in year so obviously it has that Maxpedition you know quality to it has the coating I think it has the water and grind protection some of that on there but I you know personally wouldn't use this to carry a lot a lot of clips you know that's pretty specifically more for you know the tactical military le o le o folks who might you know like this sort of thing but this would work really well if say if I'm out gathering I want something on my hip like this if I'm gathering a resource gathering you know dry tinder or I know berries and use your imagination if you're out foraging for something this having a nice little pocket on the hip I thumb down picking something off you know it's right here it's accessible I can pick it up this could be really used well because it packs small is the carry as a pretty sturdy trash trash bag because it's down a thousand denier there sometimes I won't you know want to carry a pick up a piece of metal trash or glass because it can puncture through big spiders coming down um you know I want to pick up glass or metal objects because I don't have a bag thick enough but I want to take trash out with me if I see really nasty garbage in the forest I want to pick it up and take it out with me but with this thousand denier I would feel comfortable you know putting some glass putting some glass or or some metal in that and to me that's that's sort of how I'd use this pouch because I've actually worked distant work last year where I was carrying the actually pheromone package for project I was doing to repel the certain type of bark beetles and I was carrying the the pouches on my on my belt and when a lot of weight got in there it wasn't comfortable to carry for a long period of time because it ended up just yanking down you know my belt crater again um and I know there's tactical belts that are really you know hmm I think master distance all's them as well for carrying weight on the belt where they don't they don't stretch they stay you know they hold the formula well but anyways I wouldn't want to carry a lot of weight in this pack on my hip for long periods of time but it's nice like I said for walking around picking up trash and just having a small bag that folds up excuse me why just having a small a small bag that goes up too small just a cool piece of equipment you know use your imagination what you what you could do with this personally you know some of the things I thought thought of you use it for but just a cool piece of gear to be able to roll up tacks really small use it when you need it maybe you never need it for the trip you take it with but it's just something cool to have maybe put in a wet pizza order for clothing keep it you know put it in your package attach it to the outside you know I'm just thinking things off the top my head wet I could use this for but and there's other sizes of this is too there's other sizes of rolling pulleys so if it's something you know maybe you're interested in you can definitely buy find one to suit your needs this is correct
