sup Turtles Kirk here with black outdoors today I'm going to be doing a review on the Klean Kanteen 40 ounce stainless steel steel water bottle this is from the company Klean Kanteen which they claim that they're the first one to put a personal statement sail for steel water bottle market all before the plastics and nowadays got popular they were doing their take but anyways this is 40 ounces which stands taller and regular now a date off which are comparable in that little bit 40 ounces of water 18:8 stainless steel without the cap on his bottle which stands over about 8 inches 8 inches tall the diameter is three and a half inches civilian size about a standard all the bottles will be made great 1/2 diameter now

all those 32 ounce of 40 ounce bottles are going to be about 3 and 1/2 diameter the weights just over 7 ounces without water and it's a wide mouth which show you close-up on the bottle eater and some of the clifftop spectra it's a wide mouth as opposed to the more narrow restricted or this

this retails at about twenty-seven twenty-eight dollars in 2795 under MSRP I think we might go to find a little bit cheaper online but not very much I've had this bottle private about six months and I love it I love the bottle the the extra size doesn't the extra the height is never an issue has never been an issue

I guess if it really was and you wanted to hit this bottle and make it a little bit smaller they offer clanking Klean Kanteen offers a flip d-ring they call it which is just flex it's flatter one the mouth and it has a d-ring that flips off see but you still want to tie it fasten it to you know tack or whatever it's a nice feature but I have never had any problems with all my bags I've used fitting this and a water bottle pocket on the side never an issue with it you know thing sticking out too far knitting on things nothing like that at all

some of the some of the pluses some of the real reasons why I love this bottle we wanted to the metal at 18 18 18 and for backpacking and camping surviving any situation you live in you're out the woods you have the potential to boil water because it's metal and steel it's a great plus having worked with this I work outdoors and spent a lot of time water containers you know everyday thing I pack and having a Nalgene and you having this just our personal experience being out in the Sun and weather in a packer exposed the metal the stainless steel will keep water much much cooler than a plastic Malcolm and it might not seem like that big a deal you know but when you're working outdoors

you're hot you're sweat and you're sweating you've retired and you want a sip of water at the water temperature definitely can be a little makes it more enjoyable it's a smaller feature I like about the bottle we'll get a close-up of this but you can see this is the 32-ounce next to it my right hand this is the so it does stand a little bit taller now I just said nothing never been an issue never going to issue for me it is nice ravenous this this little hump is you know this - sure you want what you want to call it but I've utilized this you know many times if you just want to go for a walk or getting out of car to go look at something for half hour an hour you're not really going far but you just want to have a water bottle with you and put a piece of paracord this and slinger you know works fine yeah this is the Klean Kanteen 18 8 stainless steel quarter bottle I recommend it recommend any metal water bottle if you have in your in your campaign survival kit bug out bag anything you know a metal water bottles definitely something you should have this is Rick signing out blackout outdoors stay safe you
