The lighter has been in the forest for the last 2 months and has been exposed to a wide variety of weather, ranging from snowy nights that were near 10° F to soggy days near 40°F. hey wassup turtles creek here with blackout outdoors and today we're going to be checking in on our bic lighter exposure test checking in for the second time here's the lighter it's been sitting out here for what does now almost over two months today is the nineteenth of january 2015 so first go without warming it up see if it lights still fluid in there definitely sounds really fool look at that didn't you really need to warm it up still going and now today's temperature you can see the snow on the ground but it's by upper 30s in fahrenheit so things are melting it's not completely frozen that's pretty cool i mean like i said it's not really cold out today I mean relative cold but it was in my hands for what ten 15 seconds and then started lighting up pretty cool I think this thing is going to last till next year I really do I think this lighter is going to last a really long time out here no signs of rust I'm looking at it and there's signs of rust nothing like that for every two months sitting out here in the weather exposed to the elements pretty cool and put it back and check back in about a month or so we'll see you soon this is Creek signing out with blackout outdoors later turtles
