hello guys welcome to survivor Russia so many of you have requested some cooking stuff and this and that and today I want to make some Russian is called crew team cup I don't really know what is to be called in any other language actually but it's basically raw meat raw pork peak needs more pig meat with salted and and you could say stall with some spices for a few days and blah blah we'll take a little bit into that later many of you also wanted me to make the fat pack I'll show you how to make the fat bag I might do that in a future video your requests on doing things the villager ways and so on so forth mr. survivor Russia is considering opening a channel on this theme you know but the old grandmother knowledge and stuff like that stuff like that supposed to keep the tongue straight in the mouth right she's considering it so seriously that I think she's actually gonna do it let's take a look at this stuff down here and the see Houston what we have down here is a mix of onion and garlic I'll show you fast Lee how I made it and so on so forth I because I have some onion here I used four onions at 300 C a little bit bigger than this one but we'll take that one and I think I used three or four cloves of garlic garlic is awesome it has also some conservation you can say properties right so that's me gonna say for a little bit later now we're gonna concentrate on the meat this is the meat and this is specially for the crew Tinka you can say this is just raw meat from the region here so what I want to do here is I want to remove the skin and I want to want to remove the bones as well so we'll change the camera and get on with it want to remove the skin here and I will use this little tool here simply just because I like it this is an awesome little tool so yeah let's let's do that [Applause]

I want to get rid of the skin here because the salt will not be able to to penetrate the skin so to speak go to the dogs they're gonna be happy about that sure I think the talks would appreciate if I made more videos like this most likely and yeah I'm not a professional chef or anything like this so you can say it is what it is alright guys so we got the rid of the skin and the bones now I am gonna divide the piece of meat and fat we have down here into some chunks

so now we have some chunks look like this and I'm gonna divide them into a little bit smaller chunks something like this this year [Applause]

[Applause]

so we have a pot here of Kuchiki of pieces and we're gonna leave them there for a little while now we have this the onion and the garlic here we gonna like this here with anyway I just at the last onion here basically all you need is to just cut it finely chop the onions finely and then we have the the garlic here just squeeze them it's a very good way to sort of like activate the garlic or what you can say we are cooking outside here or preparing the meat outside here you can say because inside the pears light is not so great and also working with this huge amounts of onion and garlic is not super awesome in dose [Applause]

and there yeah this is a question of mixing the the garlic and the onion here alright guys so now it's basically have to add a lot of salt and some spices that we like but basically what Sergey says he uses his black pepper and the red pepper

strong October so we just gonna add some salt here and this is a fine sea salt and we should be generous with the salt because the mises and the fat here he says we'll take the salt it needs basically so maybe Sergei sitting here watching this video here and having a good laugh but it should also generate quite a lot of not a lot but this should generate drink generate some liquids just will be poured out afterwards because this has to stand when we are done for 3 days in the fridge of course add a little bit more because it seems to be sticking [Applause]

here we have some hot paper that's there's some black pepper black pepper is always nice this should do maybe who knows this is just a spice mix actually you do not know what it's called so what's in it so just for a meat spice mix you can see it's so natural there are no where near that stuff in it so it's all good I'm gonna take the onion garlic mix and make a thin layer here in the bottom of the pot here something like this in there we're gonna put some meat down there it's not that much meat actually but as I said I never made this here before so it was a kind of an experiment we're gonna add some more onion and garlic and the onion and garlic is the first that Sergey eats after he's done with this stuff eeeh

another layer of meat heavily salted hopefully is gonna be awesome

[Music]

[Applause]

whoa seems like I made about the right amount a little bit more but it'll be fine I'm sure this is in my opinion really awesome ways to prepare meat because you're not fried or boiled it or anything it lasts for a long time store cold and it's really really awesome food to bring to the forest together with other natural foods natural foods are important in my opinion and I'll show most likely when I can to make how to make the fat back so we're gonna take this pot here and I'm gonna put put it on the meat here on the press and kind of let it stand for three days and then we're gonna have a taste and unboxing of this awesome meat so guys please check the links in the description and some share and subscribe as our parents of like and all that good stuff and it's your next time get out on Swain and do something awesome and see you in the next video guys thank you for time
