The Survival Russia Channel is about "The Reality Of Survival". I live on a Homestead in far away Russian wild nature and here are no room for "TV" Survival.

Only Reality counts here. Survival Russia promotes the philosophy of always carrying equipment and never to be parted from equipment which will affect chances of Survival.

So did the old timers and pioneers of both the East and the West.

hello guys and welcome to survivor Russia this morning we are on the ski trail again of course but I have expended my whip of skeet swags a little bit here's some grass strikes so this to take a look at some cross tracks just because we can so as you hopefully can see we have all of these small funky channels that's gross

they make these little funky holes and they fit in them and they make a lot of crap while they sit there but they sit there to keep warm so in order to give this little series a little bit more meaning I've decided to to include seven winter tips for the outdoorsman as the title says there's a lot of people out there giving away advice about this and that so why shouldn't I do it as well also I was told in the comments section that I was the sexy variant of survival if you did the hog pink on the safety he's don't know what he's doing so also this Sunday here is most likely gonna be a table upload Sunday and I set my mind on it hundred percent for what the second video is gonna be a is gonna be about knives maybe something else but let's at home and I'll do the seven winter tips for the outdoorsman because that's what we are outdoorsmen bushcraft survival is played by the player just outdoorsmen right ok guys so let's get this video round it off what a beautiful day several window tips for the outdoorsman but before we start please allow me to thank the guys from patreon and the guys from PayPal patron guys you know who you are and there's have been a while since I've been thinking the guys from PayPal so here we go with William Neal's Brendan brews Darren then David David f with a Russian sounding surname and Marek baktun Jesse James M you're very kind James David W yeah coop and Thomas Andrew and Peterson's and Glenn Edward and Justin thank you very much guys it's awesome I really appreciate it helps the channel itself number one on my list here is the only thing that's actually said they are according to priority and that's food always carry food especially in winter your brain is your most important survival tool no doubt about this and especially in winter when it's really cold your mind can start to play a little bit of tricks on you oh you're not thinking as straight as you normally would don't have to be an emergency situation anything like that but your brain needs fuel so pack a good food pouch this is a machine-gun pouch always carry foods this is super important I can have food here for two three days for the winter and four five for something like this jo sama second that's something to do its pocket discipline and with pocket discipline I mean the army style pocket discipline always makes your pockets are closed in the army they were very very hard on us on the pocket discipline and it was sometimes running back to base and running out in the terrain again and so yeah that stuck with me but it's really really irritating for me when I see that I forgot it be rude on yourself be vigilant about your pocket discipline but because it's really really important carry a ground pet of some kind this is the German army the Bundeswehr ground path it's definitely not the thickest ground path you will ever see but it's light and it works and it works in many ways there's many setups and so on are not going so that but this is what I carry it can be in any big fake a ground pad in all conditions are important but especially in the window metal containers I carry stainless steel bottle this is beat up and boil to death almost and I normally carry a Miss kit also but a part will do as well and why is this important this be important because you won't have something to cook in and you want to have something to melt water in because I'm sure you're not gonna carry water around of course first of all it'll freeze and there's no need to bring bread to the bakery right I mean there's water everywhere this time I yeah but you will run into some logistical problems with only a pot for cooking for melting water for washing whatnot so minimum was to metal containers for food and water it's really really important carry a good folding so good folding sauce are not big this is a small silky pocket boy one seven six there's a almost no excuse for not carrying one of these why not an X there's a lot of romanticism connected to the X and I understand that but a folding saw will do a whole lot more especially pound-for-pound

then an X will in an emergency or in general actually is very rare carry excess I do sometimes in the window folding so it can do a lot of stuff a lot of stuff as you might know some of you folding saws big and small essential parts of my winter kit if you are going on a trip line and so on and so on a nexus of course very needed carry a magnesium Ferro rod combination some of the big guns say that the magnesium Ferro rod combinations are ridiculous and they're useless and blah blah is not true I have a video I can link to here where I show how to actually use the magnesium I carry magnesium Ferro rod combo here on the belt and it's very firmly secured this specific one I have used a lot lot and I have been sleeping on it and all sorts of things so it will in my opinion not break out of this wooden part here carry it securely and as soon as you are done with it put it on your belt around the nail wherever

don't leave it around like a certain guy did sing alone right use a slit in the snow even if it's only snow like this don't use Peck pagan snow especially not on snowshoes but I say this about the slits because I see some videos with people hiking in quite ordinary terrain with snowshoes and big backpacks what this is not good slits are awesome because you can carry a lot okay SD card ran out but as let's of course Louis the point of gravity quite a lot of and so that's why I say if you haven't tried it it's right out finally don't use gore-tex in very cold weather the reason I don't like gold eggs in cold weather is that of course gold sex is breathable but it read it but but only to a point so to speak if you swear a lot moister will build up on the inside of the gore-tex and when you get static or sit down or something like this it will freeze on the inside of the cortex that will simply make the gold secrete any longer it's sort of have a cooling effect that's just my own experience that when I wear something god sexy it feels like it's getting that then it cools me in some way also has makes a lot of noise and so on the extreme cold weather system from the US Army is made of cortex actually this little bit weird in my opinion but that's how it is so on this note I just want to say thank you for your time thank you for watching the video I hope you found it information please check the links in the description and look out for a second video today get out and train and get it done I'll see you next time right here in winter time Russia
