Walking with Pigeloss
Description
In our first colaborative video my self and Pige from pigeloss walk up Eddisbury hill and get a little out of breath! the purpose of this collaboration is to get fit using bushcraft and the outdoors, whilst also learning something along the the way. despite a few technicall hiccoughs both during filming and post production we both had a good time and look forward to doing more together!
Please head over to piges youtube channel hit subscribe and give him some support! hes also doing some healthy eating stuff over there which i'll be stealing for my bushcraft trips!

you
hi guys so today I'm doing my first proper collaborative video with Paige loss if you haven't been to his channel yet I'm have mixed in the facebook and a few various other forms of social media that we're going to be doing some Cola videos i'll put the link down the speed to get over against support basically what this channel is about is him getting fitter and losing a little bit away so what my purposes in this little collaboration is to try and convince mark mark or poor or Pidge my good friend to enjoy the outdoors just as much as i do because god does is a great way to stay fit to stay healthy and to learn a lot of stuff while you're doing it and enjoy yourself going for a walk in the forest is better any day of the week then spending hours and hours on a treadmill or just doing weights and stuff you know so you know the world gym effectively so what we're gonna do is I'm going to take him on a bit with bush walk I'm feeling we're going to climb and climb the big hill that's behind me we're not exactly going out in fact the depths of the wilderness when quite a popular tourist location it's a delamere forest which is also where I work so you know you can practice your bushcraft anywhere and that's kind of what I'm going to try and teach him and eventually we're going to work up to hopefully climbing a mountain or two and i'm going to try and convince him to come doing some bushcraft camping with me so just waiting for him to arrive now he's running a little bit late doesn't have started filming yet so i'll get back to you when he arrives and we'll do some introductions and curve discuss what we're going to do alright guys so pitches arrived now and before we start off on a little walk is getting a little bit dark so we're not not sure how much will get done today but i'm just going to hand over to pitch for a minute to let him talk about what is he's actually going to be doing so over to you mom hey guys my name's pigeon hence the pitch loss i'm basically and throughout my life I've always been overweight so I've decided now is the time to get it sorted and so I've started my own weight loss and fitness
I want to say plan I'm basically I'm just eating healthier and exercising more so what better way to help with my exercise is to come see files and go out and about in the forest a bit more yes it's going to be good and not in a massive war anything today just in like a little bit of a bushwalk as I've already said and it's quite a touristy area but what we are doing is we're going to climb a local hill I'm not sure the height of its not very big at all but it is quite kind of if you're not used to it it's a pretty it's short but it's an intense climb I'm going to see what we can spot along along the way up the example burn a while and I don't know what there is to see cool and there's a nice trick point with some good views I put the top so that's the reward so let's get ready to go then winner I love lost two stone nice let's go guys we're hope we haven't come far it's all already so our Testaments a while unfit the perez r well I'm bit out of breath I'm a little bit out breath as well and my main source of exercise at the minute is walking I mean I'm not a level where i can Giardia and what it's all progression you've got to start somewhere cool like philosophy of mind is enjoyment now boys I'm probably cut him pitch out on a spit and the angle probably isn't great because I ain't used to filming really what's moving so it's a new skill okay so it's that it's going to get it's going to kind of hit the steep bit now so we'll crack on so that is a pine so you can touch the pine because it
paired sort of noodles prepared so I'll just shot to come a real quick day yeah situ- Bruce look really really similar but an spruces a single single needles and pines are paired so I just get this on here and show get it into focus so you can see this is a perdido so you can see the attachment there so it's another quick look at that what kind of things can you use Eiffel so pine is actually a really useful to eat this is a this is a spot spikes to cut quite short needles on it look sorry this is a course complying what about Scott spyler half the size that what pies are useful you can make a really good tea actually i'll make you sort at some point out of the leaves we really good for you and got quite a lot of decent vitamins and if you guys are too much of it because it's got something there come up with is that builds up in your system and so let me give it a try them yeah the resin is good because you can like fires with it as medicinal properties and automates the site as well so is it time trees that are used for Christmas trees and yet they are Christmas trees the good Christmas trees are usually spruce Ryan or Norway fair I think like Alan but specifically what variety is spruce it is they do use pine tree tall pine trees drop the Niels easier so I know the cheaper ones and this is this is a natural process of context of course that's why all the trees about the same height cool yeah I see flying she's weird
okay just stop for a moment to have a bit of a breather just to kind of show you the first bit of view we get up here it's quite nice there we go the higher up we get the better of you gets because we're higher up than everything else so let's crack on I'll just quite of interest that is this here is the country's biggest tree planting nursery there you go little bit trivia on the way sweet hi guys and thanks for the view we've got is a bit spit industrial it's a bit urban which isn't usual kind of thing that you get on my channel but it's worth I've the look half you know as much as I'm not found the herbal stuff just keep your final page of it there while I just the tripod and focus it in so this is what we've got would prefer to slightly larger zoom lens on this tripod is slightly this is a view got that Stan low oil refinery most of all why stack sent you some other thing that tell us about that big orange glow is over there so we've got turn over there which is Manchester laughing and then what's further on this way so that's actually that big lake down there you can see it's hatch mere that's the forest where I work it's all at photos you can see danios kind of where i teach stuff the forest explorers yeah what's the one over there some more so yeah nice color the Manchester basin way and then straight over here all I was like problem is that one yeah yeah well yeah we'll be and then back over ear thanks for watching
