Oh

hi guys another kit review for you today I'm what I'm gonna be reviewing is a my new sleeping bag which is the mountain workhouse extremely from the might of war house extreme range and it's the Everest down sleep I testing our a couple of times last night was the coldest i've been in it sorry the call is whether i've been out to it and i was absolutely fantastic what I really wanted to do a review of it and last I got to minus 6 degrees and I was still sweating this thing a little bit so yeah it was really really warm so let's just have a look at it at the specification of burst the weight of the sleeping bag when it's packed away why via is one point seven six kilograms and it has an extreme temperature rating of minus 10 so that's the lowest temperature keep you alive rap but there are ways to increase that I've talked about at the moment the comfort temperature is really wide on this it's minus 2 210 degrees on it so that's really good and it's filled with grey downs I'm not sure what the 80-20 means I'll just very good to show you that I don't understand these things too well so there you go that's what stays on it it comes in a really really well-constructed still SAT which is important because when I Pat this away in a minute you see I can put quite a lot of stress on this to really get this compacted down to tiny sizes it's really small that's backed up well let's have a look at the sleeping bag itself there's some clever nice ok so to start with the hood is actually more square than it is round which makes it really really comfortable to sleep in the insides nice and soft and the outside is also nice and soft if it stitched all the way down stop all that down spreading around too much and get it out and also if I can just show you its wider at the shoulders than it is at the feet now that's that seems to be quie more common with sleeping bags but this is one of the first ones i've had that has that feature a lot of sleeping bags are just kind of a trapezoid shape whereas this one seems to be really nicely fitted and it just it's so much more comfortable to get in

around with the feet for the foot part of this actually has a little bit more down in it I don't know whether that was intentional or it's because of the way I've been packing it but it keeps your feet really really nice and warm in there and it has two little tags for hanging it up to dry as well one of the key feature this that I really really like is the fact that on the zips they put these little pieces of core which might seem like a really minor thing but that makes it so much easier to zip yourself into it whilst in the sleep and wagon lying down because it just gives you a little bit of extra reach and sort think that's movable that you can hold on to and back up at the head here it has a little bold open bit here which means that you can shut it if you need to which stops that velcro sticking to everything but it also buttons shorts white mostly combines and that just kind of stops that's it on doing in the night the toggles at the top are on the right hand side so you can pull it tight around your head to really get a close snug fit then you've got this kind of slightly thinner bit that just comes over your forehead it's horrible when you've got a really thick piece of fabric fallen over your face all night and then there's another toggle which you can widen it just around your neck so it's kind of like a afford another reason I really really like this square shaped hold it's one of my little creature comforts here which is my travel pillow packs it really nice and small but most importantly it fits perfectly into the shape it up into the shape of that would absolutely fantastic so there it is that's two down sleeping bag that's all the features of it there is one very small downside of this it's not actually a problem in particular with this sleeping bag it's because it's filled with down now down sleeping bags have a tendency in particularly cold or damp when they absorb some of the moisture firmly from the air and they do get a little bit damp so far I haven't really felt the effects of this I've been absolutely fine but it's just something to be aware of synthetic ones don't get as damper quite as easily and down sleeping bags dry out much slower so just be a worry about if you're going to go out with one of these well as i'm using the hammock I don't have to worry about it getting down to the floor and I've been absolutely fantastic in it brilliant so there you go that's the air the sleeping bag as a whole I'm just very quickly going to pack it away and just like I can show you how small it packs off so hopefully I can do this by quickly just pack up quite quick but as you're packing it into the stop site because it's downfield it does kind of like to inflate a little bit let's start now to use the stuffs like I'm literally just going to ram the sleeping bag into it like so starting with feet in bit offer to get started a lot of people say to me why don't you roll your sleeping bag to get it in I think that's a really bad idea because I found that when you roll it it sticks all of all the all the lining of the filling of it ended up getting squashed over to one side so stuffing it in it seems much better and it also makes it easier to get it out you'd have to mess around rolling it and what have you but you can see now as unpacking it that side is starting to them play a little bit fiddly and a habit I don't want to fall on the floor and get down so when we get to this point what it's really inflating what I do is I get a big hug squeeze all the air out of it there's a small sign up another pick it out start sticking it in packing book is my least favorite part the part of company see that inflation there good because it means you've got lots of air in the sleeping bag to keep you warm and you're actually in it it does take a little while to actually get warm in this thing because there's so much of it to fill up it's a little bit big for me but places don't seem to do sleeping bags with tiny people will be done in a second apologies will take you longer than usual it's because I'm trying to stay in shock otherwise I'll have my camera man moaning at me for moving again

so though it is packed up it's got a drawstring on the top as usual standard but the reason I went through all the rigmarole a packet up for you is I wanted to show you this is what it comes like that's what it's like when you buy in the shop but using the compression sack what you can do is pull it to be even smaller maybe take your time with this bit it's still got air in there to squeeze out put a bit of strength of it and you start to get this down to a really small size so a lot of these stuff sacks only have one bit that can pull tight this one has four which is really nice it's good strong webbing and putting quite a lot of force in there I'm not worried about ripping this it's really strongly constructed I hope it's a great better kick so there you go that's how small it packs down absolutely fantastic if you're doing any kind of outdoor stuff even if you're just going camping i highly recommend this type of sleeping by kids it's absolutely great so you go I don't think it comes in they're different colors or always the same colors but it's nice and light and small only thing I would like Martin warehouse if you are watching is a waterproof case for that will be that will be good thanks for watching guys you
