Robby's VLOG // Japan Day 6 // Hiking Bonomine, a Japanese Mountain

Description

We climbed a mountain and went to an onsen (Japanese hot spring). The view from the top of the mountain was as good as anything we've ever been to.

Shot on the Sony A7s Mark ii and 16-35mm f4 lens

it's early campstove that I've never used on a mountain oh and a little pot so there will be teatime at the top my body is ready okay where are we headed to we are going to now Gertie lake from nuggety like we're gonna climb a bone Amina and I it involves a sort of Riverwalk and a lot of steep ups and downs and just some fantastic I mean the view from the top is incredible what this one lacks in distance makes up for it and lock it down okay my breath just coming out of my nose look at this that's to be a lot of moisture or something yeah but this is a trail right we're almost here we're looking for a parking spot right now smells good out here I don't want to give anyone the wrong idea now it's still warm this year and today you know hold it being like 70 degrees this is like we're gonna see some Japanese demons like that MA or something ha ha Kodama like the little forest spirit ah well look at this all family graveyard up there that's to do more Buddha family well look at that dude that's so cool me and it looks like Hyrule you know that's definitely clay mobile so when we go camping we always walk around going yo bear yo bear and it's because bear grylls on one of the episodes it's like there's bears in these pots so you need to let them know you're here these Japanese mountains are no joke man I don't think so a lot of these hiking trails are called for the item Ichi which basically means like a place to you know interact with people build community

it's like a mountain goat let me just put all my stuff in my bag here on this sheer cliff

i right here we've got vociferous Sportacus

Andrew hopefully you can help us identify this because I just ate one took two hours to walk this fire okay so how much longer do you guys think we have this is the forest where a scorpion fought Johnny Cage you

you cannot go near my shoe that dude was 76 years old and he just got back from the top so he definitely did it for real I'd like to be that spry when I'm 76 this dude's setting up a ham radio antenna on top of the mountain this bastard behind me is talking about pizza and we're on top of a mountain in Japan there's very few places where pizza is more unlikely to be it's like military planes are something over there

I don't know how well-known this place is or how popular it is but this gives some of the best places we've ever been to a run for its money or a run for their money this is amazing I'm bringing the rest of the guys back here for sure what is the name this know I still do not know that both no meaning bull no meaning no that's the one that I thought sounded like boner yeah and he was like I recommend running back down to play by play

maybe oh so maybe that's why I fell down the stairs of your house because falling at your house is not fatal but if I fell here could be fatal there is dead I call it the golden hour it's like the Sun produces this perfect golden glow bring out

these two old ladies coming up here just climbed up this hill I'm huffin and puffin

and they're probably twice my age unbelievable

it's gonna be about $30 for the own sin and the food this looks cool so far it looks nice we're going in now I'm going to stop filming for obvious reasons absolutely

and this hair looks delicious I'm gonna go ahead and say that this is the best thing I've ever made them almost like 10 out of 10 so my first unsent experience was very good thank you guys if you're like that's the best of my life by default but still the best of my life the two greatest words in the English language by default now we drive home and I get to relax in the back is a good day thanks for driving Rob you
