Survival Weapon - Rifle (cal. 22 Magnum)

Description

This is the 1st episode of my new survival weapon series. In this video I shoot a ca. 22 Magnum Anschütz rifle with a Tasco scope 6x44. The first ammunition is called .22 WMR Hollow Point.

I'm surviving Lily and today I wanted to show you my favorite survival weapon it's the rifle I think that the rifle is the best viable weapon that you can get because it's so precise at a far distance and it's very powerful and it kills the animal quickly now some bow hunters might say that they can achieve the same they can shoot at far distances and still be very precise that's true but the rifle doesn't only kill by the damage of the bullet it also kills by the shock effect the bullet of the rifle is flying so fast that when it hits the tissue the tissue is going to die because it can't deal with the speed of the bullet and that's what we call a shock effect an arrow is causing a lot of damage and it's very effective but it doesn't have a shock effect because it's too slow the gun that I brought with me today is a unsheathes gun which has a caliber of 22 Magnum it has a very cheap scope it's a test cross scope we assume of 6 by 44 it has a safety system which is very important and it has a magazine which can take four bullets so the last shooting that I did with this rattle here is very long ago and now I want to zero it in and see how it shoot the bullets that I'm using for this gun here are 22 VM are hollow-point maxie mark ammunition and they look like this they look pretty small but actually they have a lot of power and they have a range of two months so you really have to watch out you shouldn't you know shoot into the air with these kinds of bullets because you might hit someone else who is standing two months in this direction so you really have to be careful with this okay I have set up the target in the welly because here in Diwali I have a lot of background which will eventually catch the bullet if I don't hit the target that's very important okay at the first shot I was about one centimeter low and then I aim tire at the third shot which was hitting the target right into the middle so the rifle is shooting a little bit blow and yeah maybe now I want to try a little more distance and see how the rifle performs okay I have set up the targets now in the valley and I gonna shoot down from the slope and I have set up about four targets and they are about 50 meters away which is a good distance for a low powered rifle okay now I'm about 6 centimeters high when I'm shooting a rifle I make sure that I have free anchor points first of all I gonna put the rifle against the tree like so then I'm gonna take my left elbow and dress it on my left knee here and I gonna do the same with my right elbow are gonna rest it on my right knee and now I have three points which are going to stabilize the gun and now I'm almost not shaking anymore okay these are all the cards that I shot today and first of all I used a hollow-point and it worked out great at a distance of 20 meters but then I moved far away to about 50 meters and the pool advanced high and it was not so precise anymore then I switched to another ammunition which I don't know the name of and it shot right in the middle of all these cards you can see I haven't zeroed it in for quite some years now so I'm very very surprised that it was shooting that well for all the beginners out there I want to recommend that you always get a scope with your rifle because with the scope you are shooting so much more precise and caliber 22 Magnum is a great caliber you can shoot down squirrels here pheasants and porcupines all kinds of animals that you encounter in the wilderness so I want to thank you for watching don't forget to subscribe like and share
