hi guys I'm Lilly and today I'm building an underground oven stay tuned hi guys today I want to build another oven and this here was my first try which was not too bad the problem with this oven here is that you can't make it airtight because there are always gaps in between the stones so today I want to try something else okay I have my stones laying here and I came on top of the hill because now I need a horizontal ground and I want to make the oven vertically into the ground and then I can close it horizontally with another stone and seal it airtight okay the hole is now deep enough okay the oven is finished now let's see if the lid fits hmm are you hungry the wood in the oven is burning very good but that's only because I use very thin firewood because otherwise it wouldn't burn down well okay we had a good heat going on here and the fire has burnt down now it's time to make some sausages and I'm going to lay some stones on the coals because otherwise they would burn in an instant so now let's do that okay that's it I closed the door lit sealing off the lid so that the Chamber's airtight okay that's it all we have to do now is wait and what I like about primitive cooking methods is that you have time to do something else while your food is cooking and that's very efficient 20 minutes have passed let's take a look at the sausages taxi the stone is pretty warm hmm maybe five more minutes and then they're done sit good boy
