Sweet and Savoury Bannock Cooked on a Campfire

Description

I have to say, the bannock I made for my wife and I on our camping trip to Rain Lake in Algonquin Park last Wednesday was my best yet! The first one was deep-fried in duck fat and oil and smothered in raspberry jam. The second one, a savoury bannock, was fried with crispy pemmican.
