either guys its my clumpsy key bushcraft here and welcome to another video on the channel and this is it this is the 200,000 subscriber giveaway video where the winners are selected or announced I should say that I don't select them myself is randomly done out of a hat so to speak so the winners will be generated in this video and I don't know who they are yet at the time of filming this but and doing it all on camera as as I go here and it's quite nerve-wracking actually on I'm pretty nervous so I'm sure you guys are too it's bizarre really we've had a huge amount of entries got the video right here in front of me and you can see a padlock there on the video so Monday at 10:30 p.m. I locks the video down made it private no more comments appeared after that point which is exactly what I wanted because that's when the entry close to the giveaway it has 21,000 226 views which is great and it's a good turnout in three days that's that's quite a lot really and that's how much I kind of expected that those are usually the the guys who watch almost straight away when the video comes on board we go to the video manager here it had nine thousand two hundred and fifty three comments which is probably more comments in any other video I've ever done on the channel going back all the way to 2011 not surprising really there's a lot more to gain from a video like this than there is normally but out of those nine thousand two hundred fifty-three comments there will be a lot of duplicates fortunately I don't need to scroll through the video deleting those duplicates there's a special program for youtubers like me and others that the giveaways this here the YouTube random comment generator and what it does is it deletes all duplicates and basically any count one entry so if someone's entered 10th I'm saying I'm I min I'm ni men in lots of different places in the video it will only pick the first one it finds and not count the rest so it makes it as fair as it can possibly be
so the prizes are here it needs to be some music or something doesn't that some sort of sound effect or something like that but I can't do any of that it's just going to be me I'm a bit nervous actually so I'm going to get the URL I'm going to paste it in and we're going to generate our first winner I'm going to bring the camera in a bit closer let's do it okay so we take the link just here we copy that we pop this in here like so we hit go and that's not picking a winner just yet you can see that it is going through all the comments 400-500 it's going to go on for a while isn't it class has gone on for ages the suspense is killing me I don't know why I'm so nervous the crazy thing is is that I have all those people three people will win and they'll all be everyone's thinking the same thing this is the thing that baffles me everybody thinking it can't be me and there'll be someone out there thinking it can't be me and then they'll see their name appear and then obviously like the chances of that three out of like eight thousand seven hundred or whatever it will be once the duplicates are gone it's quite unquote some odds really okay so we're finally that took a little bit of time that eight thousand nine hundred and seventy one unique commenters on that video and when we hit start it will generate our first winner so without further ado let's do it there we go
suspense

so well well done there we go Andrew McCarthy
our first winner so let's get this reset and I'll find out who the next winner is okay here we are again URLs in we're ready to hit start find out who the second winner is so let's do it here we go and there we have it second winner kts 68 congratulations I'm pretty sure you are watching this and thinking it's never going to be me I can see your comment right there it says oh my god I'm in well you are in and you've won so I'll put one of these kits aside for you again I'll send you a message on YouTube we'll get a dialogue going to find out where you live and obviously I can get it sent over to you and you know there you go you've got you've got yourself a kit so congratulations I hope you like it I'll put your name down here just so I remember
obviously I'd be pretty bad if I didn't and I've put a bookmark on your YouTube page I just did it then and I'll send you a message after this and you have congratulations again but we have one more prize to go so let's find out who the winner is so here we go the final winner of the 200,000 subscriber giveaway let's find out how it's going to be
the suspense bang it's Steve George well done Steve congratulations mate I'm in love your channel keep it up thank you very much and appreciate you watching the channel thanks for entering and you want brilliant welcome or can you want than that so one of these kits will be on its way to you so v3 congratulations for everyone else you entered thanks for entering and hopefully you'll win something next time but for those who are obviously interested in the products that I make a lot of you know I do make and sell them and some of you have obviously purchased them in the past and owned them you can always obtain these things from the website I do do a limited stock obviously I hand make everything myself say I can't produce mass quantities of things but they are on there and if you send me an email I'll always put your name aside and let you know as soon as things are online if you've got an interest in them so thank you to everyone who entered thanks for your support thanks for your great comments and you know I hope you stay tuned in the future because there's a lot more to come on the channel and it produce as a vast quantity of videos as I used to call see I do a lot of other things you know work-related in life now not just make youtube videos but videos will still always be churned out on my channel and I've got some great ones coming up and some that I'm editing at the moment to put online so thank you again really appreciate it and I'll see you again very soon take out guys [Music]
About the Author
MCQBushcraft
I'm a UK based outdoorsman who started hunting and fishing with my friends when I was young.
Educating yourself about your surroundings and having the core skills to sustain yourself using your environment is a lost curriculum in the United Kingdom. We are well provided for, so well that "why do anything if somebody else will do it for you". This lifestyle has drastically disconnected people from having the knowledge and skills required to spend even one night in the woods and not get hungry.
I love being outdoors and have never lost the desire to learn and practice skills that I get a sense of natural connection from. Hunting hangs controversy in the minds of many, but in my eyes there is nothing more natural if you choose to eat meat. I appreciate that not everybody hunts in moderation though.
Thanks for reading
