what's up guys we are back eleven months off the trail today is the first day back feels like being home again
all right so pretty fun start you can see the trail and some pretty wicked rocky climbs already this morning for us at least since we got these fresh legs but we're already about five miles in we're cruising right along don't really know where we're gonna stop tonight just gonna kind of go until we get tired of this yeah
icon so pretty good first day today got about ten miles in taking it slow easing back in and now we are at Mount Wilcox shelter snuggles is a got her feet propped up old shelter but we are not shelter rats so we are camping out back of the shelter home for the night see what day two we'll bring them off porcupine
gone a little guy okay thank you nobody so we had an awesome stay last night at upper boost pond cabin as you can see behind me you come out here you definitely got to stay there Joanne the caretaker was amazing she made us pancakes this morning but as good as the pancakes were we got to get back to hiking and looks like it's gonna be a rainy day today so we are posted up here in the tent right before summoning Mount Greylock we stopped at a shelter we've been doing some pretty big days for our first week so today we only did a 9.5 mile a day and post it up here and we got the tent set up and as soon as we did we got caught in a huge thunderstorm and it hailed so say hi snuggles so as you can see so we've been kind of trapped in the tip for a while we don't know if it's just gonna pass or not being June it's pretty damn cold out here it's cleared up right now but we don't know

we're at the summit of Mount Greylock Thomas Peak in Massachusetts it is 3491 feet not that big compared to New Mexico of a pretty big for the East Coast
he's super funny super chilly it's weird because when we got off the trail pretty kick-ass
