hey guys doing this william arce mass outdoors and right now we're going to do a little bit of a comparison video kind of show you some of the more products from LT well Mia Chris new videos from LT nine times out ten you're going to see a leather sheet from from LTS cuz ya'll my leather guy like mother but there's some definitely some pluses and minuses to leather and versus kayaks so I just definitely wanted to show you some of the Kydex that LT has to offer so don't go away alright so basically here we go you know this is the standard leather sheet that you're going to get for ELQ from LT and they're awesome cheese don't get me wrong but over time you can see let's move this knife around here because this is a knife that comes in here but over time this is the thing that happens commonly with leather is that it is a tight fit it's not really going to go anywhere but if you were to come upside down for some reason it can definitely pull out ah there's no this is what they call bush craft sheet there's no kind of snapper and closure of any kind of not like this one so over time that can happen the good thing about LTS kydex i absolutely love lt's kayaks options this is one of their designs this slide lock here and i just handed this to chris and it has a joke basically like go ahead and try to open this knife you can't not open it there's no way it's locked you guys with kids things like that obviously you want to keep your knives away from the reach of kids but if you were to accidentally come home from a long trip just lay your knife on a coffee table the kids not going to open this thing there's no way if I really try i'm really trying i cannot open this knife but simply pushing down and then there's different levels of locking you know you can get to where it's a little bit more tense and it takes a little bit more of an effort to get it out over here on the side we have a ceramic rod for honing a knife in the field keeping that edge absolutely razor-sharp I absolutely here papi sharp and then it comes standard with a Ferro rod holder this is a leather backed kydex combo and pretty standard from LT right all right guys let's go away Meyers mass outdoors i hope you enjoyed this video if you did there's some more of my previous videos that are playing in the screens to my left right now there's also a subscribe button over there if you haven't done so i'll appreciate if you subscribe to the channel to stay up to date with what I'm doing with my school and the youtube channel stay posted on the videos that are going to be uploaded you can go to WWF a spook com4 / manis outdoors or you can go to ww mas outdoors LLC com like in my videos helps me and my channel out a lot I appreciate our reviews comments and support and hopefully we'll see out the woods
