How to apply griptape on your Penny Board- SIMPLE AND EASY

In this Video I put on some griptape on my Glow in the dark Nickel Board. It´s easy, cheap and very very good for a firm stand on the board.

you have enough slipping around with your foot on the deck of your penny board this diamonds texturing on the top of the board doesn't give you good enough grip at all well grip tape so might ease of tape that is like sandpaper you can get it in any skate shop in your area it's designed especially for skateboards long boards or even for penny boards on the keyboards so let's put this on top of this so if possible dismantle the trucks this took me one minute and this little tool now peel off the paper and take the grip tape and put it on top of your deck to create an outline that you can see on the grip tape and that you know where to cut it's best to use an old screwdriver or any kind of metal thing take a look so all you need now is cut along this line and your deck has a grip tape on it it should look like this this is creating two things one the edge is very smooth to press this down the edges and this grip type won't peel up again

grip tape on your penny board if you are more of an artist than me can add different kinds of holes or pokes in the in the grip tape itself by creating for example a logo cut out so you can see the logo from behind there are different ways of doing to adding grip tape on your board this always worked out for me now I have tremendous grip when I stand on the board it won't slip off it again thanks for watching I'm ollie
