a very important thing is that this fish doesn't matter if it is sardines or Toulon
you should take a look for a for a ones that are in oil it's very important and why we're going to show you right now for the first one all you need is the fishing oil some temples handkerchief just one
you open up the camp very carefully and this is oil in there so put it on a stable ground three rocks around
get your handkerchief police it right into the camp make sure it's full of oil also use toilet paper something like this get its good oils up cover the whole can with this handkerchief
find yourself a small little tip and light it up with your lighter at once this is on fire just let it burn until it goes out on its own
that's one way for a really really special tuna
gourmet food
I've collected some of this river water which is
right behind us and you can use the tuna while this tuna is cooking the simple can place you put on it so you have cooking device with your meal and the middle is cooking underneath and boiling up your water the next one is really simple just use your ass beat stove
and you have seen this on one of my videos some sort of wind screen and the metal plate for our myth built my own for this a speed stuff and make sure you unwrap those things I've seen people trying to lift this up with the package still on let's break it open put it in the middle we light it up the best thing about ESPYs tablets eczema tablets is that they do not smoke like this year they do not smell like this here but the to burn the next step is simple
effective
put your can of fish on top of the stove and just boil it up the third wave is eating the fish like it is cold from the cam and drink the oil which is very important because oil has a lot of new traditions in it well the vitamins lot of everything oil is very very good so don't waste it drink it if you don't need it for ruining or for whatever drink it this will be way number three just straight out of the camp
when you are in the woods you don't have to bring utensils with you because can easily make some chopsticks of what that is non poisonous and growing all around you
tend to give it a try amanda's or something through wonderful
so guys coffee is done the tuna still burning but not that long to go and we now let's cool down the coffee a bit enjoy our tuna and we're back on the move so when the toner is pinned down on its own or is near to going out just get rid of this package if it is soaked of oil
and underneath eres perfect we made tuna warm big soft it is tasting just wonderful it's like a grilled tuna beautiful taste
give it a try try this really it is much better to have less weight on your back and carry the very minimum with you that you feel comfortable with to survive you can cover much more miles than with a heavy bag so going lightweight is always a plus especially when it comes to a bug-out situation so we are back in the tunnel crossing a bigger city to get more far away from the main city south book and cover away can you see this I know this bridge there are some letters and possibilities to climb up and over there quite a few birds are nesting laying their eggs so over there you may find some projects which is great survival food
but we've found enough to eat so let's carry on
what I could feel now is the big difference in weight we were having lunch and dyeables using up my water this was about one kilogram and the tuna fish and now the back back feels even much emptier so you can feel it and what I would recommend is only take a few things is really absolutely necessary don't carry extra weight it doesn't pay off if you want to make distance when it comes to shoes and footwear in a bad situation you should choose shoes that are comfortable that you feel good with if you were comfortable with 8-inch boot verum if you feel comfortable bare feet do the but if you feel comfortable with trainers well what Reyes as I do I really like trainers I very nearly every single day and I can't reclaim anything they're just comfortable they can walk and walk and walk and walk without getting any blisters just blisters in a situation like this oh damn that's not what you want to have along the road in Austria you will find quite a few of those maps standing around and showing you the right way those are especially designed for bycicle people for hiking people just to see where you are where are the next important points on the map are and yeah so we take a little rest and see where we are and which would be the best way to go out of this tell me in a real survival scenario this would be food this is roadkill that you can find well along any bigger highway i should say
so directly beside the street there is a little stream
I'm right here all those all those with this in summertime there are bright purple colors but if you take the one leaf and crush it in your fingers smell it oh man that's intense this is mint especially water mint water mint is good it's edible like every other meant like spearmint peppermint whatever and you can use it for so many other stuff too you can really Flav up your food flavor uppity you can put it in your shoes if you have some dirty smelling shoes for example just take one or two leaves inside your shoe and walk with them you can chew on it to have a good breath maybe you'll find prepping go out on the street and if you want to kiss her propagates great great stuff aight aight ty reversible son so you could take a closer look beside the streets on the road wherever you go even around your house you will find a lot of edible plants lot of good thing it is readily available when you need it in a bag out situation well we have to cover some miles more not finished our 16 miles hike yet but we are on the move down there in the distance you can see our next landmark that we try to reach battle with the street you can't walk so we have to go this way up the hill and behind so not the direct route but a little bit offset and this offset is good in an urban survival scenario because most of the people are traveling the main roads and you can avoid and of course hide from them maybe in the forest over there but even when you go on small streets like this you on the the right size so if you could see this back there where the mountain is right there anywhere that was our starting point and we have covered now well two-thirds of the way all the way to here so if there is any trouble in the city and a bigger problem in the city where a real survival scenario comes in this distance can make the difference between life and death well guys after a few hours we have made it 25 kilometers with our bug out bag to check out if the gear is properly properly build and selected if the bag is fitting right and 25 kilometers or 16 miles are not that far away in a real bad situation you may have to go much further and down there where the houses are so target and yeah we have your back we've made it so now it's your turn to try out your own bug out bag go out train with your gear train walk in some miles cover some miles and see if it is probably build or if you have to include some gear or if you have to get rid of some gear doesn't matter but try it out because when it is real SHTF you should be on the right side and know your gear know your bag and know that it is working for you so I hope you enjoyed this video series about urban survival sees only the next one Mike from the survival should we go TT together
have a good one yeah we made it 25 keepers car boggled back its water
go outside try a bug-out bag triac it use it in the field and test it out well what should I say 25 kilometers first I have to say you really feel the backpack and you're not used to it having this amount of weight always on your back really feel it in your shoulders with your feet wait get rid of first one would be lighting up your kit second one will be trained yourself but that's just for me Stephen all rights to sing to me I would like to get rid of some weight and we need well practice and I would like to see wait and see you
