hello and welcome to a new episode of the survival surely dot 80 my name is Mike and today I want to show you the hello again

the hello again comes in this nice little letter sheet great by the way nicely done right work on the letter the belt loop is riveted right there and it's big enough to fit also pick up our belts you have a plastic insert so the blade won't cut through the letter you have some nice engravings or groupings right there and this really beautiful birch handle well the blade itself is made out of laminated stainless steel the inner core is 12 C 27 and it's surrounded by two layers of 18:8 stainless steel which gives it flexibility and also strength so it won't break rust resistance is also a point of this 89 stainless steel outer layers it comes razor-sharp right out of the box is produced in Norway and the handle is beautiful just beautiful the wood is awesome as you can see the pattern the grain on it is Wow water knife it is full tank so the tank goes all the way through the handle is nicely really nicely

Hemet at the end and it is strong enough so that you can do a little abuse to the knife fits the hand amazingly well what I've what a wonderful looking knife blade length is about 4 inches or 10 centimeters 10 on the bit I would say ten point six centimeters ten point four so I put over four inches and the handle is awry

and 11 centimeters or foreign the quarter-inch so let's see what the knife can do in real outdoor conditions here we have a piece of wood and the 3.5 millimeter thick blades is strong enough to give it a real good fight and no problems with the strengths at all can really do hard work with this knife even if it is a rat tail or stick tang life and the Scandinavian grind is extremely sharp and extremely robust because you have two four strengths of the plate right to the tip and as you can see you get really really nice shavings with this LA again the Heligan is also one of the most known outdoor knives beside Mora Mora nice and awesome not awesome cuts like a Mora but it is studio and my opinion nicer looking then a plastic handled plastic sheath or ax so good old fashioned leather sheath nice virtual handle and stainless steel three layer laminated stainless steel amazingly sharp holds the edge very well easy to resharpen and great great savings some guys of you don't think that a knife which is a stick Tang can do or can handle abuse like batoning well you're wrong because a stick Tang knife if it is built right you can easily do the job of the tonic and to make it clear I'll show it to you right now so you can see the stick I want to put on is dry frozen and real solid let's give it a try almost the width of the blade just two centimetres are sticking out in front of it of one inch because of the Scandinavian grind it is very easy to split the wood because you have almost like a wedge blade shape and yeah you have it the toning throw some piece of wood with a stick tang knife really can do good job with it let's try out another piece of wood let's take right this here there you have it the toning carving feather sticking cutting all the tasks you need in an altar situation right knife no hot spots in the hand this is just great great in the hand and one of the knives that I wanted to have for a long time and now I was able to get one well good stuff give it close-up view yeah you have it nice feather sticks with the hello Egham stainless steel beautiful birch wood handle and quite a few pieces baton the price point on this knife is around 80 euros maybe you'll find it a bit cheaper so I've seen it for 65 up to around 100 euros so take a look on the internet and you get a good deal this is really a great great bushcraft knife laughter design laughter feeling the grip on it beautiful wood Wow really loved it and the sheath is also well build thick leather as you can see not the cheap thin letter no it's the thick one

nicely done on the edge plastic insert and holds the knife very securely so definitely definitely think a knife that I can recommend to you if you're looking for a traditional looking knife that is strong enough to do the job good in the hand beautifully done good craftsmanship and all in all wonderful knife

well guys I hope you liked the video hope you enjoyed watching it see you soon in the next one right from the survival show lady
