no my friends today to be a usual day in bushcraft life I will make some maintenance to my small dam near my campfire and and I will also show you my method to really easy method to set up my hammock so stay with me and let's spend a few minutes together [Music]
for me the hammock is the perfect way to take a nap or eventually to sleep in the night in summer and anyway know what hand hot in the warm season because at least you're in my place we have a you are having a tick problem really today they say here they are really a lot of ticks round on my dog and also me so even if I really like to sleep on the ground especially during the night the problem with the ticks is too difficult so I don't like to wake up full of ticks on my body so the amok in this way protects you bit and also you are a bit fresher on the on the amok the only problem with during winter with the a macri's that form is too cold my back I know that you can use the under queerer but from it's too much equip equipment to bring along reviewed to sleep during winter the winter you don't have mosquitoes flies and especially ticks and so no problem in sleeping on the world just sleeping bag and the very small mattress under your sleeping bag
as I said many times no bitch bark around here this is the wood of chestnut this around here is the wood of chestnut and you can't find any bark trees around so you have to adapt to this environment and fortunately the network always comes to help you actually as I said the remaining of my videos we have a vine here that which is a disease for the plant and grows on the plant or around the plant wrapped the plant around and goes to find a delight so if you cut it not only you help the plant and the tree to survive because this disease will eventually killed the tree after keeping the oxygen and the light from the tree so you just cut it and you take the bark around this vine and you use it to start your fire as you have seen in many of my videos and as I will do today just using my Victoria Knox Swiss camp the Lance on it to start the fire seems that some wild animal as a temp to here in my my camp you see also there and here you can find the trace of the bed for this Wilder anymore the gas is a small deer this is a small deer now let's set up the for me you don't need some special method or some special equipment to set up an endemic we just need to of this tree tree hugger because if you use the cord you can damage the tree whether this will wrap the tree around without damaging it you can make just a loop a fixed loop here you see on this and then you pass it around the tree and inside like this you can put a vent or a stick here but I will just take it all the way around let's do it now [Applause]
you see you can put a stick right here and eventually it will work just fine you see me Rob the statistics here and it's done okay then you just take another stick and make groups the first loop like this and the second loop over it and see again the first loop like this and this loop again over it you will take this and put a stick in here just like this okay here you can rub and put your hammock just like this nothing special you have your hammock with a loop here and you put like this okay just do the same on this other side and also you don't need a particularly big piece of wood to do this because your weight want to do wanna go on on the piece of wood butter on the core before put it inside here like this okay then as I said before first loop and a second loop on it and the stick go between deer like this
we will have to adjust adjust a bit here on the other side no injustice sticking up if you have an M okay I have another Amica with a different system of the net' on here and there is a better because the Flies won't go around you but for a shortened Apple like this like today this is just perfect this is more pieces are perfect in the initial moments of the fire as you can see this is the my motor smooth doesn't seem much but I can tell you guys that it is a God blessing when you can find a water near your camp I've made it myself and now I will get the water that I need then I will enhance a bit the system as you can see now is much better off in our work and this is the result
can also may have made also a passage no passage here now let's quickly start this fire will use this these small sticks for the initial moments as I said [Applause]
nope
they said today we will use a miss Vyner and Victoria Knox this will be enough take a piece of blood
okay it's already taken fire just put the piece of chocolate inside would blow
okay now just put the wood on it and that's it
[Music]
we put some good hunt put some good Arbor this white that you see is onions I like to taste the the flavor of the onions you can see ever put the grill on the fire place to warm up a bit [Applause]
okay and of course this is my fork today okay
well this is a stick yes maybe this park is a bit too large but right now I want to quit I can tell you guys Madame mysticism awesome
the chicken to two hours for my my log I love the smell of her the deep sorry for the smoke yes no so using this instead of all the tea bags I can put on what I like now guys he's a the right time for a good nap
accused my friends I have also broken my water tank so I have replaced it for another time see you soon my friends
