in a case like this where you have to adapt to death no hand you have and you don't have the compound to stay on the ice to walk on your eyes you can always say find a temporary solution like this you can put some screw like this we'll show you in a moment like this one and put whole ring like this this way you can have something like this like this here with which you can walk on the ice with no problem you will see in a few moments to do that just you just take a screw like this not too long in this case is a 1/1 there are 4 centimeters
if you want to have more space you can put three instead of two of these I usually put something more here and just two of them in the back back of the shoes
hello my friends today we are in this beautiful forest inside this beautiful park with full of snow all around and we are going to get the top of a good good mount Mont it's not an easy trail we have to walk all day long and but I will try to cook something in the middle I could stick that I've taken with me and I hope that I will have the time to not only to cook but also to reach the top because this snow is a deep and not prepared keep for for this because I'm in the south of Italy for my job and I wasn't
I have not planned to make a trip like this and to find so much snow so I not don't have with me there's no no shoes as you can see I had to adapt to the situation to get inside as know which is a deep so I have equipped myself with this fantastic feel young again in the truck saloon no signs you can see nobody has come in this path before me
would have been a really good at weather yeah there's no shoes but anyway yeah an environment like this it's a important to use a good map and the compass or a GPS if you have it because it's really easy to lose the track if nobody has coming before you in this last part you see this is the boundaries of the park as I was saying in the last part it's really steep and what's really difficult because we've all this no I do you see step in front of me and two steps back to this mountain in the winter and I have to say that I'm pretty sure that nobody around here does it I'm not telling that it's too technical or too difficult just people around you don't ever the the culture to walk in this type of path during winter in summer you find some people around even if not so many but in winter you can't find anyone around that's also a bit dangerous because if you injure yourself you don't have many options left also because the mobile area doesn't work you know you only have to start the fire and pray you're not at the top about there on the spine of the mountain and that's something yes I can tell you we are finally out of the wood it's been a really tough drill without any tracks to follow I'm pretty sure that we have to go between these two trees following the map now I'm pretty sure that they have completely out of the track but I'm I'm following the map and so I will get back in on track you know while I'm sure of that that's the importance of having a compass and a map because in environment like this with a forest like this every finger is the same this is the let's call that cross there is the first new point we could stop here but I want to get to the top and to do that I never to climb this but getting your make me really happy because I wasn't sure to even to get here
so just to be here it's a wonderful feeling and to be careful too in this part of the cake because you can sleep and it's not very good to do that away the solution of the screw under issues there is a working perfectly I have to to get exactly there you see yeah
that I have to climb here and follow the spine of the Montaigne but guys look at this view
tell you guys that needs the screw under my shoes are working just fine without demo I would have really really many problems really love this part of the country can get your too often but every time I enjoy it every second you won't believe that what they are there is amalfi and there it will be sorrento on the design that time is that under on the truck again arrived my knees and it's not part without there's no shoes is really these are the tracks of the earth the only anymore that comes up here
[Music]
these are the last steps and really deep in the snow and this is the top of a nice beautiful Monti I can tell you guys that I'm retired it's weird because here we have a rough receiver but none of them are for the mobile so

lunch here in this misplace I wish it here will have my fire in front of me unfortunately it's too late to make a stick
you just won myself a bit next to the fire and cooker I will boil some water to make a good deal with some cookies and they say that the lager which is a perfect for for the fire make a few fantastic we have a good pile of files if you were a stick and then now we start the fire [Applause]
[Applause]
of course this is just a temporary fire I'm just a sticks presently but eventually in with sometime it will drop down and no round will melt and so you will need to keep feeding not to if you don't want it to die but in my case I just want to stop by for some minutes and this will be more than enough for masala Jesus
[Applause]
this is a special cheese that they made only in the south of Italy you can find it only here or at least this good that you can find it lonelier then maybe in some markets you could fight it but not so good this time I will make the tea inside my bother because I want to drink it during the trail delicious
use your brain [Music]
[Applause]
very preferred on the winter for the colors
choose my friends time for some biscuits too bad that my dog is not with me remaining of the fire as you can see Ali has a copter there's no bar testing these are the traces of this morning letter how we follow for a good part then we will choose another path to close the ring that I prefer the trailer which is not really easy I have to tell you yes you can follow it yourself what a beautiful mountain [Music]
[Applause]
[Applause]
this is a passage you see and we have to walk on that the ridge near that spine of the mountain there but I'm not comfortable to shoot during that passage so I will just do it under - yeah I know that the passage are really difficult and anyway is getting dark I will say good bye guys I wish you all the best see you show my friends
