hello my friends today we are going to make the fire with adjust this and this a new knife from Joker the Spanish company as I said in another video I've received these three knives this is one of them is as a Canadian shape I like very much this shape even if it's not the usual bushcraft shape I like it very much
also the the blade is a bit curved for a longer and so it's it made very well fantastic very good for a sticks so let's start it has a decent size of blade so it's good for bar tuning even if the flat grind is not ideal of / tuning because it tends to stuck in the log but for small logs like this could be used the flat grind is better for to carve and to make feather sticks and also for a food preparation Steel is a good sandwich steel Swedish steel I guess it's a Swedish the sandwich and also I guess that it's the same that they use for the more knives which are very best very good knives that Polly is still like a true a s3v I guess and it's a bit more easy to sharpen even it is not soft at all because it's raised like 53 HRC I've used this in combination with her the other night which is a really similar in the blade in the length of the blade even if the shape is the different but the angle is a is a different the other one is more bushcraft styler handle well this you see at the point here while the other is arounded to be honest I prefer the rounded one but this is a guard better best better guard here in the handle this position is better this even if I don't like this point because when I used like this I prefer around the tip in the end of the knife cut this with my ex few times few days ago and so it's not flat we have a big knot here I'm not sure if you can go to yes we can and no chipping at all I have to tell you guys that I'm a bit surprised of this steel I didn't knew it very well but sir I could still overall my knife my primary knife is a helmick's to steel and I have another one in a o1 and another in a tree be still bark river three still a gurney but this is good it's really good I have a moral companion but I don't use it very much not because it's not a good knife but to be honest I don't like very much the the handle I prefer the wood but it's not only personal taste it's not a matter of quality you
this Anaya is also a good spanner to whom to strike and this is a new fire to that comes with a knife now I will boil some water and make a good tea as I said as I said in London and another video I have a problem with Minear so I can only stay outside for a short time and I can walk not for long but in two or three weeks I will be like new I enjoy anyway to stay it outside next to the fire even if not for long now wood carving especially the hardwood like this put the blade on a good stress so it's a perfect to test blade and not only a blade but also em handle because a comfortable Angela will leave you enough science on the end of the job I pray you try to carve a spoon away with a survival knife and you will see that at the end of the job you will have a your ender full of hot spots and the day after that you can't use the knife at all so I'm not sure if the purpose of the survival knife I will be accomplished because if the next day you are in emergency situation and you have your end the flow of hot spots it's not a good thing even if I have to say that in an emergency you want to make a spoon I guess
water is boiling excuse my friends [Music]
