My English breakfast consists of bacon, beans, mushrooms and scrambled eggs.
In my bushcraft camp I make a warm fire on which is then cooked. All I need are the ingredients and a pan. Some bread serves as a saturation supplement. So a breakfast contains plenty of calories and is just right for a good start to the day.
