this time I'm using an old Swedish or Finnish torch which I have already a few years in my mountain hut so it's very try and not much weight left so it was quite easy to carry so all we need is actually of course a few slices of the old bread in this case I have some bacon onion

Wooyoung cube some pepper you can also use some other spices and yeah I have some cooking butter or you can even use some cooking oil a prat soup is actually nothing new i remember my grandparents who were living in two huge crises the first in the Second World War they were actually used to use all the food resources and a bread soup was kind of normal for them that's actually all we have to prepare the bread the onion and the bacon just cut it all in small pieces so now it's time to light the torch as I expected the tripod of the torch works very well we have minus 10 degrees Celsius a bit windy so I think hot soup is not a bad idea first cooking powder is next we do the onion

and to paying into it as next between the Brett into it into the pan so we just toast or roast the bread a little bit and mix it with the bacon in the onion after this I put in the bullion into it and now some water I've moved the torch a little bit away from my top out of the winch adder so it gets more oxygen all we have to do now is just boil it about 20 minutes and mix it from time to time [Music]

after about 30 minutes this soap it's ready now and tastes delicious at the end I put some paper into it so the soup would last for at least two persons you can see just a few slices of bread can feed two persons easily I forgot actually my spoon I'm not kidding

and my friend Felix Emma isn't here to carve a new one so that's why I have to eat my soup this way very very tasty very tasty you can also play a little bit with the consistence just put a bit more water into it or less water however you like it but I can really recommend the soup you have seen a little bacon little onion and two slices of bread and you have such great result now it's getting a bit windy here and this soup keeps me very healthy and warm beneath my wind protection my tarp here isn't that greater enjoy nature this way I really hope you will give to spread super cheap the next time as you are enjoying the outdoors a try and I also hope you'll be joined our movies the next time again thanks for watching cheese trail of dye bye
